Scab Stalker[]

Scab Stalkers are a Scab-type enemy commonly found in hordes and patrols. They are armored in less places than Shooters, but have more health (though still less than Bruisers). Stalkers are armed with a lasgun and sword, plus head and chest body armor. They commonly show up in groups lead by Scab Shotgunners, but typically appear less commonly than Bruisers and Shooters.

Unlike Scab Shooters, Stalkers frequently fire on the move and have a burst pattern when shooting, firing three quick successions of lasfire in a split second after the typical warning cue. They prefer to engage at a closer distance than Shooters and, while they do use cover, are far less likely to remain entrenched in combat.

Stalkers use a slightly different melee animation set than their Bruiser counterparts, favouring faster melee attacks on average. They also recover from the stagger inflicted by successful blocks notably faster than bruisers, which makes them a marginally more irritating threat when already swarmed in close combat. Scab Shotgunners have identical melee properties as their Stalker brethren, and consume the same amount of stamina when blocking their attacks.

Appearance[]

Scab Stalkers wear the common flak armour of the typical Moebian 6th trooper, with the standard helmet, chestplate, and ammo bandoliers, but appear to be lighter armored than Brusiers and Shooters. Their most notable difference is the almost carbine-like lasgun and battered cutlass they wield, plus the fingerless gloves and bandanna they wear, the latter of which can come in a variety of colours and patterns.
